Ketoprak

ingredients:

     1 piece of tofu
     50 grams of bean sprouts
     100 grams of vermicelli
     2 cloves garlic
     1 piece of red pepper
     2 pieces of cayenne pepper
     50 grams of peanuts
     1 tablespoon soy sauce
     1 tsp onion fritters
     50 grams sago crackers
     1 teaspoon tamarind
     salt to taste
     Sweet soy sauce to taste
     Oil for mneggoreng

How to Make:

     Fried tofu with enough oil until golden brown. Sliced ​​fried tofu shaped dice.
     Washed bean sprouts and discard the roots. Boil the sprouts until half cooked, remove and drain.
     Pour rice noodles with hot water and drain.
     Tamarind 3 tbsp water with less dissolved.
     Peanuts and fried sago crackers.

How to Make Seasoning Ketoprak:

     Peanuts, garlic, red pepper and cayenne pepper pulverized / grinding until smooth. Then add tamarind water, salt and soy sauce.
     Dissolved in a little water and stir until evenly distributed.

How Serving:

     Put in a dish, tofu, bean sprouts and bihum, then pour the marinade, sprinkle with fried onions and sago crackers on it.

For 1-2 people.
