Tempe Goreng seasoning Kencur

Material:

* 300 grams tempeh, cut into pieces
* 100 grams of rice flour
* 1 egg
* 175 ml coconut milk
* oil for frying

Spices:

* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon toasted coriander
* 2 cm kencur
* 2 red chilies
* salt to taste
* pepper to taste

Method:

1. Mix spices with flour, eggs, and coconut milk. Mix well.
2. Enter the tempeh into the seasoning mix and flour.
3. Fry until golden brown.

For 6 pieces

Tempe Goreng bumbu Kencur

Lagi hunting resep biar makannya my honey lahabbb ^_^

Bahan:

300 gram tempe, potong-potong
100 gram tepung beras
1 butir telur
175 ml santan
minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu halus:

3 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh ketumbar sangrai
2 cm kencur
2 buah cabai merah
garam secukupnya
merica secukupnya

Cara membuat:

Campur bumbu halus dengan tepung, telur, dan santan. Aduk rata.
Masukkan tempe ke dalam campuran bumbu dan tepung.
Goreng hingga kuning kecokelatan.

Untuk 6 potong
